Esta enmienda entra en vigencia el 1 de enero de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa207e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fa207e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sinopsis<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab5f45d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab5f45d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los impuestos a la propiedad (tasas de millaje) son establecidos por condados, distritos escolares, ciudades y distritos especiales. Las casas en Florida se eval\u00faan al valor justo o al valor de mercado menos la exenci\u00f3n de vivienda familiar. La exenci\u00f3n de vivienda familiar reduce el valor imponible de una propiedad. Una residencia principal es elegible para una exenci\u00f3n de vivienda familiar de $25,000 de todos los impuestos a la propiedad. Para el valor de la vivienda familiar entre $50,000 y $75,000, se aplica otra exenci\u00f3n de vivienda familiar de $25,000, que exime esa cantidad de todos los impuestos a la propiedad, excepto los impuestos del distrito escolar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta enmienda aplicar\u00eda un ajuste anual por inflaci\u00f3n a la exenci\u00f3n del impuesto a la propiedad aplicada al valor de la vivienda familiar entre $50,000 y $75,000. El ajuste se realizar\u00eda todos los a\u00f1os el 1 de enero (a partir de 2025) con base en el cambio porcentual en el \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) informado por el Departamento de Trabajo de los EE. UU. El ajuste ocurrir\u00eda solo si el IPC aumenta. No hay ajuste si el IPC disminuye.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta enmienda reducir\u00eda la cantidad de dinero disponible en impuestos para los presupuestos de condados, ciudades y distritos especiales para programas y servicios. Si bien no habr\u00eda impacto en los impuestos de los distritos escolares, el impacto estimado en los impuestos a la propiedad de los gobiernos locales no escolares en el a\u00f1o fiscal 2025-26 (el primer a\u00f1o de implementaci\u00f3n) ser\u00eda una reducci\u00f3n aproximada de $22.8 millones en ingresos fiscales, que aumentar\u00eda a una reducci\u00f3n aproximada de $111.8 millones en 2028-29, suponiendo las tasas impositivas actuales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta enmienda fue sometida a votaci\u00f3n por la Legislatura de Florida de 2024.
