En 2002, el T\u00edtulo XXVIII, Cap\u00edtulo 372 de los Estatutos de Florida reconoci\u00f3 que \u201cla caza, la pesca y la captura de animales de caza son una parte valiosa del patrimonio cultural de Florida y, como tal, deben preservarse para los floridanos\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La enmienda propuesta contiene dos disposiciones. Una de ellas otorgar\u00eda y preservar\u00eda para siempre el derecho constitucional de los estados a cazar y pescar. La segunda declarar\u00eda que la caza y la pesca son los medios preferidos para \u201cgestionar y controlar de manera responsable los peces y la vida silvestre\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta enmienda fue sometida a votaci\u00f3n por mayor\u00eda de votos de la Legislatura de 2023. (Senado: 38 S\u00ed a 1 No; C\u00e1mara de Representantes: 116 S\u00ed a 0 No)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2023, un total de 23 estados contaban con disposiciones constitucionales que proteg\u00edan el derecho a cazar y pescar. Sin embargo, solo 11 de estos 23 estados especifican en sus constituciones que la caza y la pesca deben ser los medios preferidos para gestionar y controlar la vida silvestre y los peces.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Partidarios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de esta enmienda, incluyendo All Florida, American Sportfishing Association, Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, Bonefish &amp; Tarpon Trust, Coastal Conservation Association, Congressional Sportsman Foundation, Delta Waterfowl, Everglades Coordinating Council, Florida Airboat Association, Florida Guides Association, Florida Sportsman&#039;s Conservation Association, Future Hunting in Florida, International Order of T.
